Terms of Service

The short version
This summary is here for readability. The full sections below are what actually govern your use of Aymo.
- You own your inputs. We don't claim ownership of what you generate.
- We don't train on your conversations.
- You're responsible for checking outputs. AI models get things wrong. Verify before you rely on anything.
- No adult content, no content involving minors. Zero tolerance, immediate termination.
- Subscriptions auto-renew until you cancel. Cancel anytime, effective at period end.
- We can suspend accounts that break these rules.
Agreement
Aymo AI ("Aymo," "we," "us") is a multi-model AI platform operated by Pimjo. These Terms govern your access to and use of the platform (the "Service").
By registering for or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy, all of which are incorporated by reference. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
If you're using Aymo on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization, and "you" means that organization.
1. Definitions
Account — the registered account you create to access the Service.
Content — anything you submit ("Input") and anything the Service generates in response ("Output").
Models — the language and multimodal AI models, including third-party models, available through the Service.
Plan — any free, paid, prepaid credit, or enterprise tier you access the Service under.
2. Who can use Aymo
You must be at least 18 years old to use Aymo.
By creating an Account, you confirm that:
- You have the legal capacity to enter a binding agreement
- The information you provide is accurate and kept current
- You'll use the Service lawfully and within these Terms
We may suspend or terminate Accounts where we detect misuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.
3. Your account
You're responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for everything that happens under your Account. Don't share credentials or let others access the Service through your Account.

4. AI outputs and your responsibility
Outputs are probabilistic. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or occasionally offensive, and the same Input can produce different Outputs at different times.
You are responsible for:
- Reviewing and verifying Outputs before using or relying on them
- Making sure your Content is lawful and doesn't infringe anyone's rights
- Any decision or action you take based on an Output
Don't rely solely on Outputs for decisions with legal, financial, medical, safety, or other significant consequences.
5. Who owns what
Your Content
You keep your rights in your Input. We don't claim ownership of your Output, subject to the terms of the underlying Model and applicable law.
The license you give us
To run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, transmit, and display your Content as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain security and compliance, and meet our legal obligations.
That license exists so we can operate the product. It's not a license to do anything else with your Content.
Training
We do not use the content of your private conversations to train models of our own.
Our IP
The platform code, design, and branding, including the Aymo name and logo, belong to Pimjo or its licensors. Don't use, copy, modify, or distribute them without written consent. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use the Service to create, upload, generate, or distribute content, or to act in ways, that:
Harm people Unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing, or threatening content, or content promoting violence or hatred against individuals or groups.
Violate rights Infringing or misappropriating anyone's intellectual property, privacy, or other rights.
Attack infrastructure Malware, or attempts to disrupt, overload, probe, or gain unauthorized access to our systems, the Models, or other users' accounts.
Extract the underlying technology Reverse-engineering, decompiling, scraping, or attempting to extract source code, model weights, or training data, except where law permits.
Build a competitor Using Outputs or the Service to develop or train a competing AI model or service.
Abuse limits Spam, automated abuse, or high-volume requests beyond your Plan or our published rate limits.
6.1 Adult content
Aymo is not for creating or distributing adult or sexually explicit content. This includes pornographic material, sexually explicit text or imagery, and content made primarily for sexual gratification. Attempting to generate or circulate it may result in removal, restriction, suspension, or termination without refund.
6.2 Content involving minors
We have zero tolerance. Any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers a minor is strictly prohibited. It results in immediate termination and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Enforcement
We use automated systems and human review to enforce this section, and we may suspend access at any time to protect the platform, our users, or third parties.
7. Third-party models
Aymo routes to third-party AI Models. Your use of a given Model may also be subject to that provider's own terms and usage policies.
Any specific Model may change, be limited, or be discontinued without notice. We're not responsible for the outputs, availability, or practices of third-party providers.
Third-party logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.
8. Beta features and feedback
Features marked beta, preview, or experimental are provided as is. They may change or disappear at any time and may be less reliable than generally available features.
If you send us feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use it without restriction or obligation to you.
9. Payment and subscriptions
Fees. If you buy a paid Plan or credits, you agree to pay the fees in effect at the time of purchase. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge your payment method.
Renewal. Subscriptions auto-renew for successive periods unless you cancel before the renewal date. You can cancel anytime; it takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Price changes. We may change pricing, Plan features, or credit rates with prior notice. Changes apply to future billing periods and purchases, not retroactively.
Refunds. Fees and consumed usage are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy or required by law. Refund eligibility, including for unused credit balances, service malfunctions, and unauthorized charges, is governed by that policy.
10. Copyright complaints
If you believe content on the Service infringes your rights, email [email protected] with:
- A description of the work you say is infringed
- Where the allegedly infringing material is located
- Your contact information
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorized
We may remove infringing content and terminate repeat infringers.
11. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described there.
12. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement.
We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that Outputs will be accurate or reliable. AI systems make mistakes. Use your own judgment.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aymo, Pimjo, and their affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, goodwill, or business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim will not exceed the greater of:
- What you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim, or
- USD 100
14. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Aymo, Pimjo, and their affiliates from claims, damages, liabilities, and reasonable expenses, including legal fees, arising out of your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of any law or third-party right.
15. Termination
You can stop using the Service and close your Account at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, create legal risk for us, or engage in harmful activity. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately.
Sections that should survive by their nature remain in effect, including Who owns what, Disclaimers, Limitation of liability, Indemnification, and Governing law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Nothing here limits mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes, we'll give reasonable notice by posting the updated Terms at aymo.ai/terms or notifying you in the Service. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them. The current version is always at aymo.ai/terms.
18. General
Entire agreement. These Terms, plus the Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, are the whole agreement between us regarding the Service.
Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest stays in effect.
No waiver. Not enforcing a provision once doesn't waive our right to enforce it later.
Assignment. You can't assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign them in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
Force majeure. We're not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
