This Privacy Policy explains how Aymo AI ("Aymo AI," "we," or "us"), operated by Pimjo, collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use our website and products (the "Services").

We aim to handle personal data in line with applicable data protection laws, including the GDPR where it applies to you. We act as the data controller for the account and billing data we collect, and as a processor for the content you submit to be processed by AI models.

The Services may link to third-party sites and tools that operate under their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for their practices. We may update this policy from time to time, as described in Section 9.

2. Information We Collect

  • Account data: your name, email, and profile picture (if uploaded).
  • Billing data: processed when you buy a paid plan or credits. We do not store full card details.
  • Input and conversation data: the prompts and files you submit and the outputs generated.
  • Usage and device data: log data, IP address, device and browser type, and approximate location (if enabled), used to operate, secure, and improve the Services.

3. AI Model Processing

Aymo AI is a multi-model platform. When you submit a prompt, your input is sent to the third-party AI model provider you select so an output can be generated and returned. This processing is necessary to provide the Services, and your input is handled subject to that provider's terms.

We do not use the content of your private conversations to train our own models. We retain conversation history to provide features like history and continuity until you delete it or close your account. Please avoid submitting sensitive personal data or confidential information into prompts.

4. Payments

We do not store your full card details. Payments are processed securely by Stripe under its own privacy policy, and data is encrypted in transit.

5. How We Use Your Data

We use your data to create and secure your account, provide and improve the Services, process payments, personalize your experience, communicate updates, send marketing where you have opted in, and comply with our legal obligations. Depending on the activity, we rely on performance of our contract with you, your consent, our legitimate interests, or legal obligations as the basis for processing.

We do not sell your personal data, and we share it only as described in Section 6.

6. Sharing Your Data

We share data only where reasonably necessary:

  • AI model providers and service providers who help us deliver and operate the Services, under confidentiality obligations.
  • Legal and safety purposes, where required by law or to protect Aymo AI, our users, or the public.
  • Business transfers, such as a merger or acquisition, subject to this policy.

Where data is transferred internationally, we take steps to apply appropriate safeguards.

7. Cookies

We use cookies to operate the site, remember preferences, and understand usage. You can disable them in your browser, though some features may not work as intended.

8. Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls. No system can be guaranteed fully secure. We retain personal data only as long as needed to provide the Services and meet legal obligations, after which we delete or anonymize it.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to or restrict certain processing, receive a copy of your data, or withdraw consent.
