Terms of Service

Welcome to Aymo AI (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Aymo AI, a multi-model AI platform that enables individuals and teams to create, collaborate, and build using AI-powered tools (the “Service”).

By accessing or using Aymo AI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Using Aymo AI

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Aymo AI. By creating an account, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
  • You will use the Service only for lawful purposes.
  • You’ll keep your account credentials secure and not share them with others.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we detect misuse, unauthorized access, or violations of these Terms.

2. Accounts and Access

You may need to register for an account to use parts of Aymo AI. You’re responsible for maintaining your account’s confidentiality and any activity that occurs under it.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately at support@aymo.ai.

3. AI Content and Responsibility

Aymo AI generates text, code, and other outputs using large language and multimodal models. The outputs are generated based on user input and underlying AI models and may occasionally produce inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete information.

You are solely responsible for:

  • Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated outputs before use.
  • Ensuring that any content you create complies with applicable laws and does not infringe third-party rights.

We don’t claim ownership of content you create using Aymo AI, but by using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, process, and display that content as needed to operate the platform.

4. Fair Use and Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • Use Aymo AI to generate or distribute harmful, illegal, or deceptive content.
  • Reverse-engineer, copy, or misuse our models or APIs.
  • Overload or disrupt our infrastructure or other users’ experiences.
  • Use Aymo AI outputs to build competing AI services.

We may suspend access to protect the integrity of the platform or enforce compliance.

5. Payment and Subscription

If you subscribe to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees in accordance with our pricing and billing terms.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the next billing cycle.
  • We may adjust pricing or features with prior notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform code, design, and branding (including the Aymo AI name and logo) are owned by Pimjo or its licensors. You may not use, copy, or distribute them without our written consent.

Generated outputs remain yours, subject to the model’s terms and applicable law.

7. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using Aymo AI, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Aymo AI is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties—express or implied—about the reliability, accuracy, or suitability of the Service for your purpose.

AI systems can make mistakes. You agree to use your own judgment and not rely solely on generated outputs for decisions that could cause harm, legal liability, or significant consequences.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aymo AI, Pimjo, and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past 12 months.

10. Termination

You may stop using Aymo AI at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity. Upon termination, certain sections (like Intellectual Property, Limitation of Liability, and Governing Law) will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be handled in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. Continued use of Aymo AI after updates means you accept the revised Terms. The latest version will always be available on aymo.ai/terms.

Aymo.ai uses third-party AI services. All logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners and are used for identification purposes only.
