At Aymo.ai, every AI request consumes real infrastructure and token costs. Because of this, we maintain a strict no-refund policy except in rare cases outlined below.
By purchasing our products or services you agree to these refund policy terms.

When We May Grant a Refund

Refunds are only considered in these limited cases:

  • Product malfunction – The product or Hosted Service fails to perform as advertised, and our support team cannot resolve the issue after reasonable troubleshooting.
  • Verified account fraud – Unauthorized or fraudulent purchases are detected on your account.

If your account has been actively used (e.g., AI tokens consumed, hosted apps deployed, or significant service usage), a refund may be denied even in the above cases.

Refunds Are Not Provided For

  • Usage of the service – Once AI tokens have been consumed or resources have been used, those costs cannot be refunded.
  • Change of mind – Deciding you no longer wish to use the product or service.
  • Non-use – Purchasing but not using the product or Hosted Services.
  • Lack of technical skill – Inability to configure, set up, or use the service.
  • Chargebacks or disputes – Filing a payment dispute or chargeback before contacting our support team voids your eligibility for a refund.
