Aymo AI is a usage-based platform. Every AI request you make consumes real token and infrastructure costs that we pay to upstream model providers the moment your request runs - these costs are immediate and non-recoverable. Our refund policy reflects this, and differs by the type of product you've purchased. By using Aymo AI, you agree to these terms.
1. Subscription Plans
Paid plans (e.g. Premium and higher tiers) are billed in advance for each billing period.
- You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops future renewals and keeps your plan active through the end of the current period.
- We do not provide refunds or partial credits for the unused portion of a billing period once it has begun.
- Accidental renewals: if an annual or monthly plan auto-renews and you contact us within 7 days before usage, we'll work with you on a refund.
2. Prepaid Credits & Usage
Credits purchased for AI usage are consumed per request based on the model and resources used.
- Consumed credits are final. Once credits are spent on AI requests, those costs are incurred on our side and cannot be reversed — including dissatisfaction with model output.
- Unused balance: you may request a refund of any remaining, unconsumed credit balance within 7 days of purchase. Refunds apply only to the untouched balance, not to credits already spent.
3. Enterprise & Custom Plans
Refunds and cancellation terms for Enterprise, committed-use, or custom contracts are governed by your signed agreement, which takes precedence over this policy.
Exceptions We Will Consider
Regardless of plan type, we may issue a refund — prorated to the unused or affected portion — in these cases:
- Service malfunction — Aymo AI fails to perform as advertised and our support team cannot resolve it after reasonable troubleshooting. Where a malfunction caused wasted credit spend, we may refund or re-credit the affected usage at our discretion.
- Unauthorized charges — Verified fraudulent or unauthorized purchases on your account.
Advertised Features Only
Our website describes the features that are available rather than listing every feature that is not. If a feature, model, or capability was never advertised or claimed on our site, we can't be held responsible if you assumed it was included. We recommend confirming Aymo AI covers your specific needs before purchasing — our support team is happy to answer questions beforehand.
Not Eligible for Refund
- Consumed usage — Credits or tokens already spent, as above.
- Unmet expectations — We can't offer a refund simply because the product didn't meet your expectations or because you're not satisfied with it.
- Change of mind — Deciding you no longer want the product after consuming usage.
- Non-use — Subscribing or purchasing credits and then not using them (separate from the unused-credit-balance window above).
- Configuration or skill — Inability to set up or operate the service. Our support team is here to help before this becomes a refund question.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first — Please open a support ticket before disputing a charge. Filing a chargeback before contacting may forfeit refund eligibility and can result in account suspension.
How to Request a Refund
