Learn how to create an account, sign in, manage passwords, and resolve authentication issues. Secure access to Aymo features, workspaces, and models.

This section covers account creation, sign-in options, password management, and access settings for Aymo AI.

Aymo supports email-based accounts and popular single sign-on methods to make authentication simple and secure.

Accounts are required to access chats, models, create workspaces, collaborate with teams, manage API keys, and use all platform features.

Create an Account

An account can be created through the Aymo sign-up page. Aymo supports multiple authentication providers to ensure a reliable onboarding process.

Supported sign-up methods:

  • Email and password
  • Google
  • GitHub

After completing the sign-up form, log in directly from the authentication page.

What happens after creating an account:

  • A personal workspace is created
  • Initial preferences are set
  • Models included in the selected plan become available
  • Message and usage limits are assigned

Sign In

Visit the sign-in page use the same method used during registration:

  • Email and password
  • Google
  • GitHub

If two accounts share the same email across providers, the sign-in must match the original method to avoid conflicts.

Password Reset

Aymo provides a secure password recovery flow.

Reset Process:

  • Open the “Forgot Password” link
  • Enter the email associated with the account
  • Use the verification link sent to the inbox
  • Create a new password and confirm the update

The account becomes accessible immediately after the reset is complete.

Authentication Errors

Common sign-in issues include:

  • Invalid or expired reset link
  • Incorrect login provider
  • Incorrect email or password
  • Disabled or suspended account

Most issues can be resolved by resetting the password or selecting the correct login method.

Delete Account

Account deletion is handled by the support team. Aymo does not provide a self-service delete option for security and data protection reasons.

To request deletion, submit a ticket through the official support channel using the same email associated with the account.

Deletion removes:

  • Personal workspace
  • Chats and threads
  • API keys stored in the account
  • Profile information

Shared workspace data created by the account remains accessible to other workspace members. Account deletion is permanent once processed.
