Aymo offers multiple subscription tiers designed for individuals, creators, and teams. Billing controls model access, message limits, file size limits, workspace features, and team capacity.

This section explains plan options, payment details, usage limits, and billing management.

Plan Overview

Simple, Transparent Pricing

Aymo includes four main plans:

  • Free: Limited light models for individual use
  • Plus: Light and pro models with basic collaboration features
  • Premium: Full model access with higher usage limits and expanded collaboration
  • Business: Full model access with maximum limits and team capacity

Plan selection determines which models are available, usage limits, organizations, and collaboration features.

Free Plan

The Free plan supports basic exploration and light usage.

Includes:

  • Access to light models
  • Up to 500 messages per month
  • 50 credits per month
  • 1 organization
  • Solo use only
  • Community support

This plan is ideal for quick tests and light tasks.

Starter Plan

The Plus plan expands model access and introduces collaboration features.

Includes:

  • Access to light and pro models
  • Up to 3,000 messages per month
  • 1,000 credits per month
  • Attachment support
  • Web search
  • File context
  • Deep research mode
  • Up to 5 organizations
  • Up to 3 team members

The Plus plan is suitable for individuals and small teams with regular usage.

Premium Plan

The Premium plan unlocks the full model catalog and higher usage limits.

Includes:

  • Access to light, pro, and max models
  • Up to 12,000 messages per month
  • 2,000 credits per month
  • Large file attachment support
  • Web search
  • File context
  • Deep research mode
  • Up to 15 organizations
  • Up to 10 team members

The Premium plan is suitable for growing teams that require broader model access and collaboration.

Business Plan

The Business plan provides the highest limits and maximum collaboration capacity.

  • Access to light, pro, and max models
  • Up to 30,000 messages per month
  • 6,000 credits per month
  • Large file attachment support
  • Web search
  • File context
  • Deep research mode
  • Bring Your Own API Key (BYOK)
  • Up to 60 organizations
  • Up to 25 team members

The Business plan is designed for organizations that require advanced collaboration and large-scale AI usage.

Message and Credit Limits

Each plan includes a monthly message and credit limits.

Plan-based limits determine:

  • Maximum chat messages per month
  • credit usage per response
  • Daily caps (Free and Plus only)

Premium and Business have no daily usage limits.

Model Availability

Model access changes based on plan level.

  • Free: Basic models such as Flash Lite, Qwen 4B, and DeepSeek experimental
  • Plus: Adds plus-level models and a wider selection
  • Premium: Full model library including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Qwen, and more
  • Business: Same full model library with increased workspace controls

BYOK enables custom provider models regardless of plan.

File Upload Limits

File upload capacity increases with higher plans:

  • Free: No uploads
  • Plus: Standard file sizes
  • Premium: Larger files
  • Business: Highest upload capacity

Supported file types remain consistent across all paid plans.

Team Member Limits

Workspace team sizes depend on the subscription tier:

  • Free: Solo use
  • Plus: Up to 3 members
  • Premium: Up to 10 members
  • Business: Up to 25 members

Shared workspaces are available on Premium and Business.

Organization Limits

Shared workspace availability:

  • Free: Up to 1 organization
  • Plus: Up to 5 organizations
  • Premium: Up to 15 organizations
  • Business: Up to 60 organizations

Higher plans support more organizations for managing separate teams, projects, and workflows.

Billing Cycle and Payments

Aymo supports monthly and annual billing. Annual billing provides cost savings compared to monthly pricing.

Payment methods include:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Online payment providers based on region

Billing details can be updated at any time from the profile menu.

Invoices and Receipts

Invoices and payment receipts are available from Settings → Billing and Plans → Invoices.

Each Invoice includes

  • Invoice number
  • Payment amount
  • Billing date and time
  • Payment status
  • Downloadable PDF receipt

Changing Plans

Plans can be upgraded or downgraded from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle, depending on the action.

Canceling a Subscription

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, the plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

No additional charges will be applied unless the plan is renewed.

A subscription can be canceled at any time from the Billing and Plans page.

To cancel a subscription:

  • Open Settings → Billing and Plans
  • Navigate to the Subscription section
  • Click Actions
  • Select Cancel Subscription
  • Confirm the cancellation

Downgraded accounts retain access to data but lose premium features.

Billing-related issues can be addressed through:

  • Priority email support for Premium and Business
  • Standard email support for Plus
  • Community support for Free

Receipts, refunds, and plan adjustments can be requested through support channels.
