Plan Overview

Aymo includes four main plans:

  • Free: Limited basic models and solo use
  • Starter: Basic and plus models with small team support
  • Premium: Full model access with shared workspaces
  • Business: Advanced collaboration with expanded limits and workspace controls

Plan selection determines model access, usage capacity, and team features.

Free Plan

The Free plan supports basic exploration and light usage.

Includes:

  • Limited basic models
  • Up to 1,000 messages per month
  • No file uploads
  • Solo use only
  • Community support

This plan is ideal for quick tests and light tasks.

Starter Plan

The Starter plan provides extended model access and small-team capabilities.

Includes:

  • Basic and plus models
  • Up to 3,000 messages per month
  • File upload support
  • Add up to 3 team members
  • No shared workspaces
  • Email support

Starter works well for individuals and small groups with moderate usage.

Premium Plan

The Premium plan unlocks full model access and shared workspaces.

Includes:

  • Full model library
  • Up to 12,000 messages per month
  • Larger file uploads
  • Add up to 10 team members
  • Three shared workspaces
  • Priority email support

Premium is suited for teams that require collaboration and advanced model variety.

Business Plan

The Business plan provides advanced collaboration and the highest limits.

Includes:

  • Full model library
  • Up to 30,000 messages per month
  • Expanded file upload limits
  • Add up to 25 team members
  • Unlimited shared workspaces
  • Priority email support

Business is designed for companies and larger teams with heavy usage and shared workflows.

Message and Token Limits

Each plan includes monthly message and token limits.

Plan-based limits determine:

  • Maximum chat messages per month
  • Token usage per response
  • Daily caps (Free and Starter only)

Premium and Business have no daily usage limits.

Model Availability

Model access changes based on plan level.

  • Free: Basic models such as Flash Lite, Qwen 4B, and DeepSeek experimental
  • Starter: Adds plus-level models and a wider selection
  • Premium: Full model library including GPT, Claude, Gemini, Grok, Qwen, and more
  • Business: Same full model library with increased workspace controls

BYOK enables custom provider models regardless of plan.

File Upload Limits

File upload capacity increases with higher plans:

  • Free: No uploads
  • Starter: Standard file sizes
  • Premium: Larger files
  • Business: Highest upload capacity

Supported file types remain consistent across all paid plans.

Team Member Limits

Workspace team sizes depend on the subscription tier:

  • Free: Solo use
  • Starter: Up to 3 members
  • Premium: Up to 10 members
  • Business: Up to 25 members

Shared workspaces are available on Premium and Business.

Shared workspace availability:

  • Free: Not included
  • Starter: Not included
  • Premium: Up to 3 shared workspaces
  • Business: Unlimited shared workspaces

Shared workspaces enable collaboration across teams and projects.

Billing Cycle and Payments

Aymo supports monthly and annual billing. Annual billing provides cost savings compared to monthly pricing.

Payment methods include:

  • Credit and debit cards
  • Online payment providers based on region

Billing details can be updated at any time from the profile menu.

Invoices and Receipts

Each invoice includes plan details, billing period, and payment history.

Changing Plans

Plans can be upgraded or downgraded from the billing page. Changes take effect immediately or at the start of the next billing cycle depending on the action.

Canceling a Subscription

Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. After cancellation, the plan remains active until the end of the billing period.

Downgraded accounts retain access to data but lose premium features.
