Account Settings

Manage profile information, password changes, API keys, theme settings, usage, invoices, and workspace access. A complete guide to Aymo account controls.

Account settings control personal information, security options, preferences, and workspace access. This section explains each setting available inside Aymo and how it impacts the overall experience.

Profile Information

The Profile and Settings page displays core account details.

The Profile section allows you to manage your account information and security settings.

It includes:

  • Profile photo
  • Full name
  • Email address
  • Password management
  • Authentication and account settings

You can update your profile details by clicking the Edit button next to the relevant section.

Email remains visible but is not editable from this modal.

Changing the Password

Password settings can be managed directly from the Profile section.

To update your password:

  • Enter your Current Password
  • Enter a New Password
  • Click Update Password

For better security, use a password with at least 8 characters. You can cancel the process at any time by selecting Cancel.

Passwords can be updated only for accounts created with an email and a password. Accounts created with Google or GitHub authentication will not require a password change.

Preferences

The Preferences section allows you to configure general application settings and behavior.

  • Theme selection (Light, Dark, or System)
  • Response notifications toggle for supported activities and updates

Changes are applied automatically after selection, allowing you to customize the platform experience according to your preferences.

Personalization

The Personalization section helps tailor Aymo's responses to your preferences and working style.

  • Occupation
  • More About You
  • Custom Instructions
  • Output Tone (Friendly, Formal, Professional, Casual)

The provided information is used to personalize AI responses and improve the relevance of conversations across the platform.

Changes can be saved at any time from this page.

Theme Preferences

Theme preferences can be accessed from Theme Settings

Available options include:

  • Light Theme
  • Dark Theme
  • System Theme (matches your device's appearance settings)

Theme changes are applied instantly across the platform and affect all pages within the current session.

To change the theme:

  • Open the profile menu from the bottom-left corner.
  • Locate the Theme section.
  • Select Light, Dark, or System mode.

Your selected theme is applied immediately without requiring a page refresh.

Billing & Plans

The Billings section provides access to subscription, invoices, and credit management.

Subscription

  • View available plans (Free, Plus, Premium, and Business)
  • Upgrade or downgrade your plan
  • View current plan details
  • View billing cycle and subscription status
  • Manage subscription settings and renewals

Invoices

  • View invoice history
  • See invoice amount, date, and payment status
  • Download invoices as PDF receipts

Credits

  • View current credit balance
  • Check credit reset date
  • View subscription credit allocation
  • Purchase additional credit packages
  • Monitor available credits information

All billing-related activities can be managed from the Billings section.

Manage Team

The team management panel provides:

  • Team creation
  • Member invitations
  • Role assignment
  • Organization collaboration settings

Team features depend on the selected plan.

Add Your Key(s)

The API key management or BYOK page allows connecting external provider keys.

Supported providers:

  • OpenAI
  • Anthropic
  • Gemini
  • Mistral
  • Perplexity
  • Grok (xAI)
  • Novita AI

Keys can be added by selecting Connect next to the provider. The Use custom API toggle enables advanced BYOK routing for all supported models.

All keys are encrypted and stored securely.

Account Deletion

Aymo does not offer self-service account deletion. Deletion requests are processed manually by the support team.

Deletion removes:

  • Personal workspace
  • Chats and threads
  • Stored API keys
  • Profile information

Account deletion is permanent after processing.
