Account Settings
Manage profile information, password changes, API keys, theme settings, usage, invoices, and workspace access. A complete guide to Aymo account controls.
Account settings control personal information, security options, preferences, and workspace access. This section explains each setting available inside Aymo and how it impacts the overall experience.
Profile Information
The Profile and Settings page displays core account details.
Includes:
- First name
- Last name
- Email address
- Profile image
- Authentication method (Email, Google, GitHub)
The Edit Account Info modal allows updating:
- First name
- Last name
- Profile image (200×200 px, JPEG or PNG)
Email remains visible but is not editable from this modal.
Changing the Password
Password changes are available under the Security section.
Selecting Change Password opens a modal with:
- Old password
- New password
- Re-type the new password
Passwords can be updated only for accounts created with an email and a password. Accounts created with Google or GitHub authentication will not require a password change.
Theme Preferences
The profile menu includes a Dark Mode toggle.
Options include:
- Light mode
- Dark mode
Theme selection applies instantly across all pages and workspaces.
Billing & Plans
The billing page contains:
- Current plan
- Upgrade or downgrade options
- Payment details
- Invoices and receipts
Subscription changes and payment updates are managed from this menu.
Usage and Limits(soon)
The usage section displays monthly message counts, token usage, and workspace-level limits.
Usage metrics include:
- Total messages
- Token consumption
- File upload usage
- Active workspace limits
- Model availability based on plan
These metrics help monitor activity and plan performance.
Manage Team
The team management panel provides:
- Team creation
- Member invitations
- Role assignment
- Workspace collaboration settings
Team features depend on the selected plan.
Add Your Key(s)
The API key management or BYOK page allows connecting external provider keys.
Supported providers:
- OpenAI
- Anthropic
- Gemini
- Mistral
- Perplexity
- Grok (xAI)
- Novita AI
Keys can be added by selecting Connect next to the provider. The Use custom API toggle enables advanced BYOK routing for all supported models.
All keys are encrypted and stored securely.
Invoices
The Invoices section lists:
- Package name
- Amount paid
- Purchase date
- Invoice download
Empty accounts show “No Data Found.”
Profile Menu
The profile dropdown provides quick access to:
- Profile and Settings
- Billing & Plans
- Manage Team
- Add Your Key
- Dark Mode toggle
- Signout
This menu is accessible from the account avatar in the top-right corner.
Workspace Access
All personal and shared workspaces appear in:
- Sidebar workspace section
- Team management pages
Access updates automatically when invited or removed from a workspace.
Account Deletion
Aymo does not offer self-service account deletion. Deletion requests are processed manually by the support team.
Deletion removes:
- Personal workspace
- Chats and threads
- Stored API keys
- Profile information
Workspace content created by the account remains visible to other workspace members.
Account deletion is permanent after processing.
